The intermediate CA that is used to sign the server certifiates for the test instance expired on June 4, 2018 in the lab builds.

The problem is that intermediate.sh does not over ride the default settings in openssl.conf for the expiry (which is 60 days).

the "-days 360" should be added to the intermediate or longer to match with the expiry used on the server certifiates in manual.sh
