Global data_signupdate_session structure is being used to maintain sign information and handle is passed back to SoftHsm as Plugin Ref data. Remove the global data structure.

This is a more involved change that previously anticipated. The state that is maintained by the global would have to be moved out of the plugin and into the HWInfra layer and taken care of at that point.

The state needs to be created based on input parameters. This is the better solution, although, I am not aware of how feasible it is.
