HTTPS RestEnd point for AAF on WindRiver unavailable

    Description

      Portal needs to talk to AAF over rest and currently rest HTTPS end point on WindRiver is not exposed. Something like

      https:aaf.api.simpledemo.onap.org:XXXXX/proxy/authz

      should be exposed.
