A recent change in the parent cadi pom.xml resulted in the reverse-proxy and forward not generating log files at runtime.

A fix is required in the sidecar pom.xml to explicitly override the logback classic maven dependency to not use the Test scope and retrieve the version that is retrieved as a transitive dependency
