The new graph historical mS needs to be able to store its assertions into a graph database via Champ.

Champ will be updated to handle getting the asserted state of an entity/relationship at a given database timestamp or network timestamp.

Champ will return the asserted state of the entity/relationship at the given timestamp without metaproperties by default, but have a mechanism to allow for returning the metaproperties with the asserted state

Champ will provide the ability to retrieve the entire lifespan of a relationship or entity.

Champ will have the ability to update the asserted state of a entity/relationship/property value
