aaionap/aai-common:1.2.0 Dockerfile not where I expected it to be

      As part of effort to get images to build under ARM64, some repos need aaionap/aai-common:1.2.0 which has no public Dockerfile (that I can find at least).

      Can that be supplied somewhere so we can build it in order to build the child images?
