Babel: Compressed files contain proprietary markings

      As an AAI developer, I need to either remove the proprietary marking or remove the files that contain the proprietary markings.
      Files are
      1) aai-babel/src/test/resources/compressedArtifacts/catalog_csar.csar/Artifacts/org.openecomp.resource.vf.29nfod_v1.0/Informational/GUIDE/VSP_avi1_Information.txt
