The logback.xml included in dmaap-event-client jar is causing an application.log file to be created in the {microservice home}/logs folder, which under certain situations causes permissions issues when starting the docker image.

The logback.xml file inside the library jar is unnecessary as the microservice that uses the jar will have its own logback.xml, hence it should be removed.
