A schema validation tool/capability which after changes are introduced to schema-service the tool would check schema "integrity" (where integrity is a loosely defined term in this case). There could be rules like -
the schema must contain all referenced edges/nodes (which is for example not the case for v13 in Beijing release)
if there is a connection in edgerules there should be a corresponding association in OXM
etc.
