      The seed code for the Gizmo microservice has been created in the Gizmo repository.  However, it currently depends on some artifacts which have not yet been created in ONAP.  

      This story tracks the work required to get Gizmo buildable and deployable.  Some of that work will depend on having the dependent artifacts building in ONAP (the event library is the immediate blocker).

      Once Gizmo builds successfully, we need to update the scripts and config in test-config repo to have Gizmo deployed as part of the reference deployment.
