aai/datarouter startup fails to find logback.xml

    Description

      In the current version of the datarouter, the start.sh has a variable called BASEDIR and it has a trailing "/" which causes a path issue when the variable is concatenated to build other paths and ends up adding a double-slash to the path which results in the file-not-found issue.
