    Description

      AAI needs to define system requirements for supporting the Change Management use case.
      The scope of the Change Management use case is outlined here: https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Use+Case+proposal%3A+ONAP+Change+Management

      AAI believes we have already met the requirement by supplying the "in-maint" field on the generic-vnf object.
