We send APPC-LCM message over DMaaP (attached). This message has payload of distributetraffic LCM with variable for FileParameters section in CDT template (it can be found in the log). FileParameters content is double-escaped in dmaap message and surprisingly is is completley unescaped in APPC (should be only once) what causes JSON parsing error (log). The file content is JSON so APPC should leave it escaped when being send to Ansible REST server.

The functionality is required to push response from OOF (JSON) to APPC and Ansible server. It is required to realize Traffic Distribution use case for Dublin.
