APPC Not Picking up Mesasges from Dmaap

    Description

      As an Onap developer I want to post the request to appc through Dmaap Topic (APPC-LCM-READ) and Appc will listen to this topic and process the request and send response back to APPC-LCM-WRITE topic.

      But currently appc is not listening to the Dmaap topic.
