Data entered in CDT is not automatically entered into /opt/onap/appc/data/properties/appc_southbound.properties.

Scenario:

1. Enter data required to test a ConfigModify in CDT.
2. Manually update the Device_Interface_Protocol table because it is not updated by CDT.
3. Next we have to manually update the appc_southbound.properties file.

Note that in our case, the appc_southbound.properties file was empty and we had to enter the data manually and then save.
