The value 'openStackEncryptedPassword' does not actually encrypt the OpenStack User password, and leaves it in plain text. 

SO and Robot use the value 'openStackEncryptedPasswordHere' and it does encrypt the password. If this was to be changed to the value 'openStackEncryptedPasswordHere', how would the variable below need to be changed when it gets sent to the ODL appc.properties?
