Currently, appc-client is not built by appc because the line of <module>appc-client</module> is commented in pom.xml of appc.

If we add new LCM actions and don't rebuild the appc-client, these new actions can not be used by the appc LCM client such as SO.

when I try to build the appc-client, there is dependencies problem:

      BUILD FAILURE

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-enforcer-plugin:3.0.0-M1:enforce (enforce-banned-dependencies) on project code-generator: Some Enforcer rules have failed. Look above for specific messages explaining why the rule failed. -> [Help 1]

[WARNING] Rule 0: org.apache.maven.plugins.enforcer.BannedDependencies failed with message:
      Please always use mockito-core instead of mockito-all, and findbugs:annotations instead of findbugs:jsr305 (see https://bugs.opendaylight.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7662 & https://bugs.opendaylight.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7663)
      Found Banned Dependency: com.google.code.findbugs:jsr305:jar:3.0.0
