Create Robot script to perform APPC LCM API Restart VNF level test

1) access AppC horizon/dashboard
2) login with valid credential
3) expand the appc-provider-lcm operations
4) select appc-provider-lcm:restart
5) inject the restart vm json request
6) click "Try it out" = submit
7) capture/record the results
