Provide the necessary deployment instructions to deploy an ONAP APPC high availability environment. The environment consists of an OOM/Kubernetes solution evaluated for use in a resilient (multi-cluster) APPC deployment, with particular care to look at concerns in the following areas:

• Data replication
• ODL configuration
• Starting order of processes (recipes)
• Restarting dead instances (or starting new ones in their place)
• Retrying operations interrupted by an APPC instance dying mid flight
• Status reporting
• Load balancer (enough to distribute requests)

The output of this work should include:

• Instructions for multi-cluster APPC deployments in APPC
• Kubernetes recipe file
