The APPC client library should allow the client to provide a new parameter ‘controller-type’.    It can accept any value.  For the ONAP Beijing release, the values used will be ‘appc’ and ‘sdnc’.

If the client does not provide a controller-type, then the client library should work as it currently does (i.e., the send and receive topics are defined by the properties "topic.read" and "topic.write", respectively).

If the client provides a controller-type value, then the client library should determine the send and receive topics by finding the properties defined as "[controller-type].topic.read" and "[controller-type].topic.write" such as appc.topic.read and appc.topic.write.    If these properties are not found, then the client library should return an error to the client.
