SO build failure because of artifact not available in ccsdk pom

      Tried to modify SO Dockfile to fix CVE issue and got the following error:
      [ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project common: Could not resolve dependencies for project org.onap.so:common:jar:1.2.0-SNAPSHOT: Failed to collect dependencies at org.onap.appc.client:client-kit:jar:1.3.0: Failed to read artifact descriptor for org.onap.appc.client:client-kit:jar:1.3.0: Could not find artifact org.onap.ccsdk.parent:odlparent:pom:1.0.1-SNAPSHOT in snapshots

      I'm also attaching the detailed SO_console.logSO_console.log.gz
