template-node throws an exception in the standalone odlsli container due to missing properties file (/opt/onap/ccsdk/data/properties/template-node.properties).

Many CCSDK features (e.g. aaa-service) define a "provider" class to resolve properties, which allows us to look for external property files first and, if not present, use a default properties file embedded in the jar. This would be a recommended solution.
