ccsdk/dashboard security scan shows a small number of third party libraries whose versions have known vulnerability. To correct this issue:

1) ccsdk/dashboard should be changed to use the ONAP oparent parent pom and, where feasible, inherit versions from there.

2) for cases not handled by oparent, the versions should be updated to the versions necessary to resolve vulnerabilities.
