Recent versions of OpenStack no longer support the Identity v2 API, therefore, in order to use the dnsdesig plugin (ccsdk/platform/plugins, subdirectory dnsdesig) with recent versions of OpenStack, the plugin needs to be upgraded to support the Identity v3 API.  The plugin should still support v2.0, but should only use it if the supplied identity URL ends with "/v2.0".  This will allow it to be used with recent OpenStack versions without breaking existing configurations.
