netconfclient try <close-session/> 3 times before going to <kill-session/>

      We've encountered an issue with calling netconfClient disconnect() function.

      Current behaviour first attempts <close-session/>, when it fails, attempts <kill-session/>

      <kill-session/> is not supported on Juniper devices netconf.

      This workaround closes the session by retrying up to 3 times.
