Two pre-release versions of cloudify-common 5.0.0 exist on github, which have a different level of python3 support present.

One sits in a branch 'cy-1374-python3' and seems to be a somewhat complete conversion, but its last commit is from July 6.

The other is a 5.0.5.dev1 release from master, made in October, which contains a smaller subset of the changes of the former. Not all code is converted to python3 in that release.

Both can be used for preliminary validation of a conversion of most plugins, and to demonstrate any incompatibilities between the plugins and the 5.x release of cloudify.

The plugins' requirements have been stuck at versions as low as 3.4, which is unlikely to be possible as the python3 release of cloudify will surely be using the newest code.
