DG workflows would not stop execution even with outcome/failure nodes defined since the node execution would always assume Success if no exception was raised.

I error collection is populated in current BlueprintService, this should be considered a failure too. 

Also prevents output resolution failures from hiding the original error as it will happen since the workflow did not completely execute.  This error now gets logged in case of blueprint error, but is does not become the return status.
