Refactor of the GR Toolkit Provider module to allow for more flexibility for different architectures. Refactor provides a HealthResolver abstract class which defines some simple health checking logic for Admin portals and Databases. Single/Three/SixNodeHealthResolvers are provided as examples and as fallback resolvers. Updates to unit testing and documentation are also provided.
