a1Adapter not resolveable in Guilin onap/sdnc-image creation during startup

      After changing the ccsdk/features to guilin version 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT in sdnc-oam/installation/sdnc a1Adaptor does not resolve, because refering to 0.7.1 sli-northbound.

      Related to CCSDK-2166, CCSDK-2152 and SDNC-1168.
