djtimoney has proposed to use [CCSDK-Feature repo|https://gerrit.nordix.org/admin/repos/onap/ccsdk/features] since this also contains the previous and related Config DB Code. 

This user story is to formerly agree this and propose a folder structure in said repo to contain the PoC code.

Its important to be able to keep this code separate so that it later can be moved once CP&S becomes its own project with possibly its own repos
