As part of the config assign action the template and param meshing shall generate configlet for each template for the action. The configlets shall be stored in the configlet table with the following information below. During the config deploy action the configlet content shall be retrieve using a key and then be deployed to the network by each executor using netconf/restconf.

NOTE: The key for VNF and PNF and service configuration shall vary.
