The querying for supported policy types is enhanced so that an application can get a list of all policy types that are compatible with a given version.

In addition to this, there will be a possibility to query for policy type IDs that matches a pattern (regexp).

These will be possible to combine and will also be possible to combine with existing query parameters.

So, it will be possible to get a list of all policy types that are compatible with a given one for a given NearRT RIC or for the whole network.
