Review fails validation due to formatter-maven-plugin

There appears to be a problem with the formatter plugin when running on LF Jenkins.  We are seeing validation failures on a review that compiles fine locally.

Will try to see if updating to latest version of the plugin corrects the error.  If not, this plugin should be disabled until this issue is resolved so that it does not block valid code submissions.
