Inconsistent log info

    Description

      Logs should print requestId, subrequestId and originatorId.

      For REST only requestId is printed.

      For gRPC, requestId and subrequestId are present in the first few lines, then they are dropped.

      For Kafka, none of the ids are present at all.

      Please see attached before/after logs.
