Description
As an ONAP developer, I need to be able to retrieve a list of workflows through GRPC so that we know which workflow is implemented by the CBA.
Actual intent of this story to fix the inconsistency which got introduced by the patch (b4cbb0ee9) which added this feature (GRPC method to list CBA workflows)
