fix doc config files in master and kohn branch

    Description

      Please check steps in "P02: Create documentation for an ONAP release (ONAP project teams)" https://wiki.onap.org/x/w4IEBw and update your doc config files using the example files provided in https://git.onap.org/doc/tree/examples/sphinx?h=kohn

      Relevant repos:
      ccsdk/apps
      ccsdk/cds
      ccsdk/distribution
      ccsdk/features
      ccsdk/oran
       

      Relevant doc config files are:
       - .readthedocs.yaml
       - conf.py
       - requirements-docs.txt
       - tox.ini
       - ribbon.css
      Please update config files in master and cherry pick to Kohn branch.

      Important: To create the Kohn release documentation in ReadTheDocs you need to change at least one of your .rst files in the Kohn branch. This update will (initially) trigger the RTD build.
