The browser is loading some external resources like bootstrap, popper or jquery when opening the cds-ui. Some companies have security and data privacy policies that do not permit to load external resources from the internet.
In general, it's a good idea to bundle those resources with the app since that may also improve page load speed.

Not included in the change is the loading of google fonts. This should also be fixed though, since externally loading them may violate GDPR regulations.
