Currently the release function of Resource Allocator can release all resources allocated for a specified resource entity id (service instance id), all at once.

Sometimes, resources for the same resource entity id are spread among multiple resource targets (ports, VNFs, circuits, etc). In such cases, there is a need to be able to release resources for specific target.

This US is for Resource Allocator to allow releasing resources that are allocated on a specified target. The target to be released is specified using 2 additional (optional) parameters for the release node (passed to RA as variables in the DG context):
