I am having an issue in El Alto where CLAMP is unable to connect to it's database with the 'clds' user. It seems that the bootstrap-database.sh script (https://git.onap.org/clamp/tree/extra/sql/bootstrap-database.sh?h=elalto) is not getting executed and thus the 'clds' user is not created. This results in the following error from clamp:

ERROR org.hibernate.engine.jdbc.spi.SqlExceptionHelper - Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory (No active connection found for master : Access denied for user 'clds'@'ip' (using password: YES)

I was able to fix this for myself by just running that script on the clamp-mariadb pod, however, I am not sure how this script is supposed to get executed.
