Currently there are no CLI commands to create a service instance. The instructions in this link https://onap.readthedocs.io/en/latest/submodules/cli.git/docs/user_guide_end_to_end_onap_cli_commands.html#creating-cloud-customer-and-service-type describe how this can be done. However when I tried to do this, I saw the following error; 

0x6003::Command service-create is not available for product version onap-casablanca

In addition, paramerters to include customer location (latitude, longitude and customername), homing solution (OOF) and orchestrator (multicloud) should also be specified
