As an component developer who needs to support functional testing in CSIT framework, it would serve as a good starting point for me to have the OOM framework in place.  (i.e. helm installed, and other ONAP components deployed)  This should be available as a common script that is maintained by OOM team (instead of each component attempting to get the steps right).  Optionally, the script would allow a component to specify its own config file that drives which ONAP components actually get helm installed.  Another option might support the helm install of one or more mock servers.

If this existed, then a component could retire the CSIT specific scripts that deploy docker containers within CSIT docker host.
