Today each component has their own datastore and it is assumed to be theirs. We should add the ability for a component to point to their datastore so that that an operator can have the same database for many components, or otherwise choose to setup it up however they want. This would also include making a template for each datastore ie we would need a mariadb template, a hadoop template, a cassandra template, etc.
