NONE_REQUESTED

UNSYNCHRONIZED

SYNCHRONIZED

Refer to how these states are set, including the use of data sync enabled, along with how the data sync watch dog picks up UNSYNCHRONIZED, and transitions them to SYNCHRONIZED.
