Fix docker profile in cps-temporal and cps-ncmp-dmi-plugin

maven-docker-stage-master jobs fail for both cps-temporal and cps-ncmp-dmi-plugin as the docker profile specified in the jobs is docker. But the application is having these profiles set differently as shown below :

•  cps-temporal :  cps-temporal-docker
• cps-ncmp-dmi-plugin :  dmi-docker

As per the team discussion on scrum, it was decided to revert the profile names in both cps-temporal and cps-ncmp-dmi-plugin to docker  instead of changing the jobs to match the application.
