Following improvements and cleanups to be made on temporal charts:

1. Provide consistent configuration options for all plaintext, sasl plaintext and sasl ssl protocols. Use "config.additional" for all. See https://github.com/onap/oom/blob/master/kubernetes/cps/components/cps-temporal/resources/config/application-helm.yml
2. Use the same default topic in the deployment as in the application: `cps.data-updated-events`
3. Check if all properties are used and remove the ones that are useless (timescale db nameoverride, container ?)
4. Do not expose management endpoints externally
5. Update or remove cps root readme file (new services are missing, licence is not a comment) https://github.com/onap/oom/tree/master/kubernetes/cps

Note:

• Create another Jira if (1) or (2) are also required for Core.
• Check oom (Gareth Roper) if we should come with all changes in one commit or split them.
