CPS-temporal supports the event v2 schema and the required changes are  document here https://wiki.onap.org/x/54IEBw 

• Update DB Schema using liquibase steps
  • liquibase include migration of existing data (check if needed as part of step)
    (future user story might optimize this using an init container or something)
• Schema updates will affect CPS-Temporal code throughout the system

AC:

• DB schema changed to support the new operation field
• The existing DB data is updated to support the new DB schema
• CPS-temporal can handle optional 'operation' and 'data' fields.
• DB Schema update should not break existing queries
