Async: Internal message topic incl. basic producer & Consumer

Scope of this user story: Kafka DMI-NCMP Topic configuration, basic Producer in DMI, Basic Consumer in NCMP

A/C

1. DMI Producer can add some message on topic (e.g. when ?topic flag is populated)
2. NCMP Consumer can read messages (ie. write to log)

Out of scope

• No Async processing in DMI Plugin
• NCMP Consumer will not forward messages to client-topic
• Content or the structure is not relevant for now for the producer.
