Update maven deploy plugin version

    Description

      As part of CI build and for consistency, the maven deploy plugin version needs to be updated to 2.8.2 so that the build is deployed to the right artifactory from settings file

      • update maven deploy plugin from 2.8.1 to 2.8.2
        • org.apache.maven.plugins
          • maven-deploy-plugin
