The absolute path to list with integer key is not working.

Reason:
1. The list keys are always wrapped in single quotes independent of the type.
2. The parser thinks that list index is a leaf condition but the json data is stored without quotes (this is when the type is int)

Suggestion:
Check the absolute path is generated by ODL or our code
