      DCAE needs proper configuration to run in Vaniila Openstack.

      I think we need to figure it out together in order to understand what parameters DCAE needs and if they can be passed via Heat template. There's a DCAE VM (with IP 135.197.225.59) running in a plain Openstack environment (user: ubuntu).
